Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TRAIND mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Health and Safety Warning
TRAIND IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any fitness program, diet, or workout assigned by a coach via the app. You assume all risks associated with your physical activities. TRAIND is not responsible for any injury, health issues, or damages sustained while using the app or following workouts provided by independent coaches on the platform.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are strictly responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Coach and Trainee Relationship
TRAIND acts as a platform connecting coaches and trainees. We do not employ coaches and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the coaching services provided. Any agreements, payments, or disputes regarding fitness services are strictly between the coach and the trainee. TRAIND disclaims all liability arising from the coach-trainee relationship.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any data, images, or workout logs you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant TRAIND a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, disrupt its operations, or use it to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful material.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAIND AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of substantial changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
